Frances appeared on Lou Dobbs on March 22, 2011.  She talked about market support and her prediction:  She said in November that the Dow would continue higher and see 12,500.00 before it changed trends.  Since her appearance, the Dow has reached 12,450.93 on April 6th, which so far is within 50 points of her prediction! Link
